5.1: Information
The products are delivered intended for delivery provided by the consumer at the time of his order on line. If the address of delivery is different from the bill-to-address, it is advisable for the consumer to provide these two addresses distinct during the seizure from its order. It belongs in the same way to the consumer to provide all useful informations to the delivery at the time of its order in order to make it possible to the conveyers to carry out the delivery.
All our plants are prepared with the request and directly dispatched since their place of culture in order to preserve their freshness and their quality. The consumer will be able to thus receive several parcels for an order coming from different producers.
In the interest of the consumer, our forwardings can be shifted compared to the date indicated during the ordering according to climatic conditions or of information of disturbances on the postal network, in this case an e-mail will inform the consumer of this shift.
The company Web AKOATIK can have to change the conveyer announced during the ordering if an unforeseen event were likely to obstruct the good delivery of the order (strike, road disturbance…).
In the event of erroneous or incomplete information having involved impossibility for the conveyer of carrying out the delivery, no refunding could be required.
5.2: Forwarding
The parcel is prepared only the day of forwarding. The consumer will profit besides a maximum freshness thanks to the delivery in residence in 48h - time usually noted as from the handing-over of your parcel to the conveyer - by Colissimo. The Colissimo service is valid in the normal periods of delivery except for the dimanches and bank holidays. The deliveries are ensured of the Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00, and saturdays between 8:00 and 12:00. The time of 48h is the time noted except disturbances on the postal network.
The articles delivered by a conveyer have of conditions and delivery periods specific mentioned at the time of the order.
5.3: Geographical areas of delivery
According to the zones of delivery, volume and weight of the dispatched articles, we use the services of several conveyers. The company Web AKOATIK ensures the delivery of its articles according to the following criteria:

5.4: Delivery - absence
The consumer must examine the physical status of the parcel delivered like to an examination of his contents, and this in the presence of the deliveryman. Any anomaly noted with one or the other of these titles will have imperatively to be the subject of handwritten reserves related to the delivery form of the conveyer; these reserves will owe beings clarified, detailed, dated and signed by the consumer in order to avoid any dispute. No complaint could be recorded in the absence of reservations expressed during the delivery. In the event of absence, and according to the conveyer selected by the consumer at the time of his order, this one leaves a transit advice note in limps with the letter of the consumer inviting it to withdraw the products at an address given or to contact it to be appropriate of an appointment for purposes to carry out a new delivery. For the alive products such as the watery plants it is recommended to carry out a withdrawal of the parcel under 48 hours.
5.5: Delay - Loss
In the event of important delay or of difficulty to locate the ordered products, the consumer can contact the company which will open an investigation in order to try to locate the parcel possibly stray by the conveyer. The consumer will have to send an e-mail to the contact@akoadeko.com address and to provide all the useful informations likely to allow him to try to locate the products ordered via the conveyer and in particular the purchase order. In similar assumption, the company is dependant on the times imposed by the conveyers concerning the declaration of loss and the refunding of the sending. These deadlines can vary according to the conveyer. No refunding of the consumer will be able to thus take place before the conveyer declared mislaid, at the conclusion of its investigation, the ordered products. As soon as the declaration of loss carried out by the conveyer, the company will carry out the refunding of the consumer.
